We had the most lovely lady to welcome us for our stay at the front desk. The hotel is going through renovations, and you can see its age in the older sections. We had a renovated room, which was nice. Breakfast had lots of options, and we enjoyed our swim!

The room smelled moldy. The tv didnt work well. Staff were nice and helped get a shorted tv cable fixed. Shower head was not working,toilet seat wouldnt work properly. Banging on walls from construction was loud.

I reserved 2 rooms in advance for friends staying for the 4th of July from out of town. My friend arrived from Chicago in the middle of night, i pre-warned the facility of his late arrival and was told all he had to say was byname. I already checked him in earlier. when he arrived he was told there was no reservation for him and he booked another room on his credit card. the next morning I went in and Jade "fixed" it. But i wasn't sure if it really was. The confusion was so aggravating I didn't even use the other room for my friend, i just took the loss and had her stay in my home. I didn't want her to encounter any trouble, especially because she is with child, and didn't want to risk her being told there wasn't a room for her and I wouldn't have been able to leave my home and escort her to the hotel. I will no longer be looking to your hotel for my out of town guests, the hotels on west rd are more reliable.

Stayed here visiting family. It’s close to the freeway but fairly quiet. Some shopping and fast food nearby. I didn’t use the pool, but others were using it. Standard Continental breakfast.

The picture provided online at Hotels.com the room was a huge misconception of what the room actually looked like. The power in the hotel went out, in the middle of the night, so when we awoke we had no lights in the bathroom which was very dark. No breakfast was available because of the power outage. Our room was on the first floor and when we parked our car in the back lot and went to enter our room through a door in the back of the building we found that the card access lock on the door was totally broken. Anyone could have walked right in the hotel at any time. Front desk staff was never present, so if the cameras outside were working, we question that, but we hope so since the door was unlocked, would they even be aware of a stranger entering the building?
