The hotel is lovely on the outside. First contact with staff at check in was very pleasant. We had a problem with Airconditioning which was quickly sorted. One side of the hotel faces the freeway so was slightly noisy. The front door of the hotel is heavy to open and staff stood by and watched us struggle and never offered assistance but other than that it’s a great hotel in a safe part of L A and very close to Crypto for those attending a game there.

waited 25 minutes for a coffee refill out the restaurant, they allow someone to come in late and sit with us at the table, but failed to let him know he would not be able to order food because the cut of time had already happened furniture and restaurant in bedroom worn out

Hotel Indigo is a amazing, convenient, and a great place to stay considering it’s in DTLA. From the smooth valet parking with Sam Mason. To the checking in procedure and getting inside welcomed to a nice clean & fresh room! Will come again and definitely recommend to others :)

The hotel room was horrible! Couch that was dirty and extremely worn down along with a chair that had many stains. The beds were very old with headboards that had several rips and tears. Outside we saw a rat running across the from patio near the door. They have a third party that does the valet parking and the communication between them and the hotel needs to be improved.

Stunning hotel. Very close to the Crypto.com arena. I only stayed one night for a concert so didn’t utilize the hotel amenities other than to get ready and to sleep. The front desk staff that help me was a bit rude. Listening to the other staff talk politely and detailed to the other customers made me feel like the staff that was helping me wasn’t as nice.

We were in town for a wedding, the staff customer service was amazing super pleased. The structure of the building is beautiful. However, the furniture in the rooms needs some updating it was a bit worn for the price of the rooms. The food inside the hotel is actually really good. Overall I would give the hotel 4 out of 5.
