Bright Event Perfect 4BDRM LOFT 7Min To Downtown

Thes are two beautiful lofts right next door to each other, they share a staircase up but have two separate entrances. Both are beautifully decorated, have high ceilings, washer/dryer, big kitchens and very spacious layouts. We are located right by the famous Sister Pie! Please note there are absolutely no parties, or loud gatherings.

These are two beautifully historically preserved lofts located in the center of the West Village. Beautifully furnished with High ceilings and exposed brick these are 2 amazing spaces.
Each loft is 2 bedrooms 1 bath, and there are two of them being rented as a 4 bedroom 2 bath
Both lofts have a washer and dryer and both are fully equipped with sheets, towels, and kitchen accessories.
Wifi in both lofts
One has apple TV and the other is a Roku Tv with smart access, net flix or any other streaming service is available to watch with your account.
WE ASO PROVIDE 2 PARKING SPACES TOTAL

The west village is a 7 min drive from Downtown and in the middle of one of the coolest area in Detroit. We are right next to the famous Sister Pie Bakery as well as , Marrow, Vegan Soul, Red Hook coffee and many other great attractions. Friday afternoon checkin was a breeze, the night time sleeping was very noisy , sounded as if an engine was revving all night with lots of banging around from the neighbor ( washer dryer ?) . The towels were stiff and scratchy. Washer gross! Parking was a circus . Neighbor flooded my unit with pot !!!

We love the place! Very clean with a funky modern flair! The neighborhood felt safe as well. I thought it was one big place that was connected when I booked — but ended up being two separate places. We were all hoping to stay together — but that wasn’t a big deal!

Wedding weekend in Detroit!
The host of the property was responsive, helpful and accommodating! The location was amazing for our Detroit-centric wedding. We rented two lofts and it worked beautifully for our family. The decor of these lofts is fabulous and fun! With Marrow Restaurant and Sister Pie below us, we had dinner and desserts handled! Would love to come back.
