Our stay had some great aspects but also areas for improvement. Parking was easy, and we loved the convenience of texting the concierge from our club room—they were kind and quick to respond. Early check-in was offered, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The lobby, while clean, looked a bit dated, and this carried over into other areas. Our room initially looked nice, but we noticed water damage on the window ledge and baseboard, plus the shower handle fell off during use. On the bright side, they surprised us with a piece of cake for my partner’s birthday, and the nightly turndown service with chocolates and a weather forecast was a lovely touch. The club room experience was okay—friendly staff and nice service, but alcohol is no longer included, and some food items like charcuterie meats and breakfast waffles were less than fresh. The spa felt outdated, and prices seemed high, especially since amenities like steam and complimentary drinks were no longer provided. Spa staff, however, were very pleasant. While management offered us a $100 discount for the issues, it appears we were charged full price. Overall, the staff and special touches were appreciated, but some updates and attention to detail would really improve the experience.

Not worth it.
For the $900 two night stay, it wasn't worth it. We had double beds, instead of queens. My husband went to the lobby one morning and asked if he could get a coffee and was refused. The breakfast cost us $100 for 2 adults and 1 small child, and the eggs were raw, hash browns were raw, and our silverware was used and dirty. The bathroom has mildew in the shower, and room service costs were extrordinary. It was the only place to stay during Supercross, and the price was raised because of this. NOT WORTH IT.

Beautiful views of the bay
Friendly, helpful staff. Had an early flight into Vancouver and they were very accommodating with an early check in. Only disappointment was the very overinflated prices for food and beverage in the lounge

The hotel is beautiful, the view is beautiful. The location is super convenient. The restaurant is very over priced, but lots of great dining options near by.
