Great location. Close to everything you need in Bogotá. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and staff generally attentive. Check-out was a nightmare because they were filming something at the lobby without noticing the guests. So they shuffled us and moved us around to stay away from the shoot. Inconveniencing us tremendously. Not a single place to sit and pushed us outside while we waited for our taxi that didn’t even have place to load our luggage. I wish we were warned or provided with a better alternative

Excellent hotel located close to the zona T and two of the most popular mall, Andino and centro commercial el retiro. Room service food is delicious. All of the hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help. Safe area to walk during day/night. The Breakfast buffet is a bit limited. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others for top notch services.
