What a lovely hotel being squashed dry but terrible operation policies. It's cold there but there are no extra sheets or floor mat for a cold room. No heater. No money for a shower cap or qtips despite guests paying top dollar. This is being run like a motel 6 at best. What a f -ing shame.

Traveling with a wheelchair hotel is not very accessible. There is no ramp or elevator to annex. Also horrendous perfume smell that is overwhelming. If you have asthma or allergies do not stay here. Also requested shower w accessibility. It was not accessible. I’ve stayed here several times and will probably be my last.

This hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great. This is our third visit and we wouldn't stay in any other place. Special shout out to Don Pedro at breakfast. He remembered how we like our coffee and eggs
