We have stayed here before, so were familiar with the level of accommodation and facilities. On the whole, the room was very comfortable and contained most amenities. A hair dryer would have been helpful. The pool water temp was a little warm to be refreshing on hot days.A couple of minor repairs were noted and given to staff when we left. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Shower floods in spare room.Other shower nothing to hold on to in case of emergency and it was big. Outside windows hard to open. One screen came off and Manager helped.told I could have 1 night free.Their rules mean on your next stay.Was on top floor.I stayed there about 18 months ago 2nd floor'was great.Manager great. But I will never stay there again.

On arrival was informed I had an upgraded larger room with a pool and sea view. The room was very spacious with excellent facilities including an electric cooker, kettle and microwave. The free underground car park was great with plenty of room. Reception and maintenance staff I had contact with were extremely helpful. Having a TV with all the Foxtel channels was a great bonus. The location was great with easy access to arterial routes. The local shopping centre had a great supermarket and eating options.

The air-conditioning kept cutting off especially at night. The shower had mould growing around the tiles and looked like it hadn't been cleaned The door to balcony didn't lock or close properly. The hot plate didn't work The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Overall l, the property was very good, enjoyed the sauna spa and pool. The negatives were the road noise so had to keep door closed. Exhaust in bathroom wasn’t working and drains seem to have strong odour.
