The hotel staff Hashich and Ravi were most helpful. However, the building is very old and it shows. Standard room is very small and everything from passageways, lifts and toilets are cramp. We felt claustrophobic whenever we return to the hotel room. We found cobwebs and insects on the ceiling. The location is very convenient as it is walking distance to the trails to white cliffs of Dover and St. James Retail Park.

We had a lovely stay, we stayed a night before our Curise, it was very close to Curise ship port. Beautiful area, close to shopping area all in walking distance. If travelling for a curise, book a taxi the night before because the day of curise the availability of taxi was limited and no Uber. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Lovely hotel
The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and smart with great facilities. The hotel is in a lovely location but the only downside was that the fish and chips were terrible!

Bartenders ignored me to order but as soon as a man walked up to the bar they helped him! 😢. Then when they finally acknowledge me. They couldn’t make my order. Whatever! I actually went across the street to the Italian restaurant because it was so ridiculous how they treated me!! And then they treat me like a queen the chef came out and made me something special.

Beautiful property. Beautiful views. Lovely restaurants on property. Loved having a spa and massages available right downstairs. We had a 6am driver and car (paid for) to take us to airport that canceled last minute at 559am. We were panicked briefly. Even at that early time, The front desk quickly got us a cab company that could accommodate us and we made our flights. Thank you!!!

Ok property. The elevators were slow and tiny. We felt that breakfast should have been included for the price. Overall very clean. It was very loud as there was a wedding that was going on until about 11:00 pm. We would not book again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a prime location. Car parking was easy. Reception staff were very professional.

Could Do Better
The hotel was under renovation and we had workers outside our window looking in, which wasn't great. It seemed the gentleman on reception only wanted to engage with my husband and wanted to ignore females. Otherwise the room was lovely.

Hotel parking is quite a way to the rear. Convenient parking at front is on road and chargeable. Think this should be made clear in description. Lift very small. Drinks rather expensive. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

A bit old, but clean with free parking close by. drinks only available till 10 pm but no information about that anywhere. Good spa facilities
