The hotel was gorgeous. The room was fantastic with great views. The bed was ultra comfortable all the extra amenities in the room, snacks etc., were good. Everything was extra clean, and the staff were very gracious. Maybe one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in in the US.

Special trip for my grandson and I. Beautiful place with expert service. They went over the top at every opportunity. Special kudos for tracking down my grandson’s knapsack left in a taxi and special child welcome gift and treatment. Pricey, but as special as they come!

The service was perfection! We were truly treated like a valued guest and it was awesome. The location was ideal for us too. The view of the harbor was gorgeous and we able to walk all over the city from there. Great spot!

Best hotel I have stayed in. Hotel was beautiful and staff were amazing! Location was also great and a short walk to the aquarium and little Italy. Not one complaint!
