Loved our stay here! Excellent service. The food (in room and restaurant) was delicious! Must try the famous Boston cream pie 😉 loved the complimentary water, was a very nice touch. As it is a historical hotel the rooms are on the smaller side and you can hear the next door neighbours some what but the hotel is beautiful and worth staying at, loved the history. It is in an excellent location and what we felt was a safe area!

This is a classic, historic hotel in the center of Boston, close to transportation and many attractions. The room was in excellent shape, with obviously renovated amenities and scrupulously clean. The only drawback is a consequence of its central location. The top of Tremont street near the state house is unlikely to ever be quiet or clean

The staff was great as was experiencing the history of this hotel. However, the rooms are decidedly dated—not in a “historic” way but in a “it is really time to refurbish” way. Also, we were never able to get the Internet to work.

It was fine
Classic okd hotel charm with wooden lobby, but dated rooms, ceiling peeling, and lacking basic standard amenities. Stay was fine but worker strike meant no daily housekeeping and restaurants closed. Hotel gym in the basement lacked any fans or airflow, very humid. Mediocre stay overall.

Even though some of the workers were striking, the ones who were working were absolutely excellent and eager to help in any way they could. The property is beautiful and very clean. We had breakfast at the restaurant one morning and it was very good. The location is perfect to walk to nearly all the tourist attractions. We would stay here again if we come back to Boston.

Ahmed was the first staff member we had the pleasure to interact with. He was very kind and helpful. Steve assisted us with our bags to our room. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, and a fabulous Omni Parker historian. He was our best find in Boston. He provided so much history about the hotel and the tour of the hotel he provided us was more than we could have done alone. We drove from Lincoln, Nebraska to stay at the Omni Parker House. My husband and I plan on returning again in a couple years so we can enjoy the city without children. Also, we used the valet parking and I’m glad we did. The valet attendants escorted us to and from the car if we needed anything from the car. But Steve made our experience the very best!!
