We had left some items in the room and the staff wouldn't help us retrieve them. Kept telling us to call back and had zero action. Wouldn't take our information. The room was very dated and the air conditioner sounded like a broken down engine. Very poor quality for the price

This is a lovely historic hotel, that is not being properly maintained. The AC controls were broken and the AC was noisy and intermittently too hot and too cold (and the blanket on the bed was very thin). The blackout shades were torn and let bright sunlight in. The bathroom fan was broken the the bathroom had water damage. Overpriced for the quality.

Lobby was beautiful to walk into. Everyone was polite and very helpful. Room was small with a window AC which was noisy. And the shower needs to be recaulked. Besides the room issues, we enjoyed our stay due to location and walk ability to sights.
