A little rundown and needs some improvements. Washrooms didn’t have fans and had condensation. Washroom walls were old and needed some up keeping. Area was a good and nice to have coffee 24 hours available.

Rooms were a little small but perfect for my daughter and I traveling to Boston from Europe where we are used to smaller rooms. The room was clean. Had Nespresso in room. Coffee and cold water dispensers downstairs in lobby. Hotel very close to easy access of train station and tram lines. Easy walk to many historic buildings and sites. Would definitely stay again

This hotel is located in the business district/downtown. It's close to Faneuil Hall, but not as close as it is to everything else. I've stayed here 2ce, so I got an upgrade, and was in a very quiet section of the hotel, with a fridge, which was very handy. Staff is warm and welcoming, the place is immaculate, and it's a great location near Park St/Tremont. So it's very near to the Boston Gardens & the Common, downtown, lots of cafes, Beacon hill, an excellent Marshalls/TJMaxx (thank you, hometown TJX!) etc. etc. Newbury St/Back Bay is an easy walk. I admit, I didn't have Dunkin coffee, although I do remember when that was the only coffee available here! But I highly recommend Club Quarters, and will certainly stay there again.

Great Location
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant is very good. We decided not to add the breakfast and when we did eat there, it was actually cheaper than what the hotel charges. Our TV wouldn’t cast and they weren’t able to fix it but they did compensate us. The location was perfect for us and the hotel was quiet. They have a nice lounge area with good coffee and cold water. We would stay here again.
