I’m sorry to leave an average review, but the stay was a little disappointing. We reserved the suit (so no upgrade or vip offer). The room was tired with no plugs near the bed and the roughest, cheapest TP. The kitchenette had no cutlery. The parking fee - particularly on a weekend was excessive.

Our "Premium " room was right behind the two elevators and they were quite noisy, particularly at night. The room was a two bed room but only had one chair. Two chairs would have been nice. The security was good, important due to inner city location and the number of unhoused people in the area.

I like the size of the suites in this property and they are reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and it's my go to place in Edmonton. It's not a 5 star place but I think very good for the price point and have no big complaints.
