The front desk was incredibly nice. We valeted our car and before dinner we called for it and after an extended wait (35 min vs the 15 min they suggest to call in advance) were told sorry there is no valet available at this time to pick up your car and to Please try again in 10 minutes. So just a warning if you are coming for business like I was to be prepared for that. we ate at the restaurant on site and both of our beers got bugs in them! First time in both of our lives this has happened and I went up to the bartender kind of laughing saying you won’t believe this we both have a bug in our drink and he asked “what i wanted to do about it? I said no biggie and left my beer then he said okay I can replace but only up to the amount you had drinken to. Okay whatever, but he made it weird like we did it for free beers? Room was great and bed was comfortable.

Location, Location, Location. Great walking distance to many restaurants and located near the metro train station. The rooms were quiet. The only ding on the set up is that the elevator required the room key to activate. It's an annoyance if you are expecting guests and have to go down and get them in the lobby. The restuarant/bistro had nice features however I wasn't a fan of the menu choices. I'm sure the food was top-notch but it just wasn't my preferred taste/choice of flavors.

Pretty property. Valet a mess. Dropping off not a good place to get out of the way. Couldnt find the valet person, then when leaving the number you call to valet worked but wouldnt take the valet code so we had to go down and tell them and wait. If you don't have a car obviously this wouldnt be a problem. Front desk guy was friendly, liked being able to text I was running late. Everything seemed clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom tile a little dated but good lay out and clean. There was a tent within view on the sidewalk... but not directly in front of property. I seem to never get the expedia vip upgrades etc. Also they charged 100.38 extra fees at the property. More than what waa expected when booking on expedia.

Great place to stay for a Moda Concert
Very friendly staff. Location is great. We went to a concert at Moda center and was very easy to use rail system to get there and back again. Rooms are great awesome views and staff was off the charts in helpfulness and friendliness. Great restaurant in hotel as well
