Had a wonderful stay! Came here with a couple friends and family to celebrate their last day in Oregon, they helped me upgrade to a room that fit our needs. staff was so friendly, we used street parking instead of valet to save a couple buckaroos. I am looking forward to the next time I stay here !

For the price we paid, this place was an average experience. We did like the complimentary breakfast l. But the room cleanliness was subpar.

First room they gave us had a bed that wasn’t made. Pullout bed in 2nd room they gave us was basically unusable it was so uncomfortable. 2nd room was also out of toilet paper

Nice historic hotel with convenient location. Walls are thin so you hear more than you would at a newer hotel.

It’s a beautiful historic hotel with gorgeous architecture but the room was filthy and all the furniture is run down and decrepit. The walls and doors were pretty gross with red jelly on some of them, a lot of coffee splatter on the bathroom door, chunks of drywall missing in the living room, smears of something gross on the lamp shade, filthy & sticky bathroom floors (I had to wipe up spilled water and the white cloth turned so grossly dirty gray), and the door jambs were also really dirty. It needs a really good wash down, repaint & furniture replaced. The bed was actually comfy except it slept hot. Lots of drugged out zombies walking around this area. But another nice thing is it’s really close to voodoo donuts.

The hotel and it's staff were excellent. Portlands' homeless situation is affecting all areas, my family and I did not feel safe walking for dinner even though there was establishments near by , I would stay here again, but would not want to walk anywhere unless absolutely needed

It was a great place to stay with a family. Living space with TV separate from bedroom. Nice saltwater pool and sauna. Complimentary breakfast and evening reception with snacks and drinks was very nice.

No frills... Clean & Comfortable
There was nothing exciting about our room, but I was thankful that it felt clean and we were comfortable. I did not use the complimentary drink tickets or free breakfast because I felt the dining room looked dark, uninviting, and musty. Front desk and valets seemed nice and helpful. Valet is expensive at $59/night but I felt more at ease that our car was safe and secure. The hot tub & pool needs updating but was fine and we used it. Hotel location is central to many places in Portland. I would stay here again.
