Not sure we got VIP access. Room was nice and large, but bed was unacceptable. Very rutted and uncomfortable. We should have asked to move. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Location was great for shopping and walking about and dining. Staff was very friendly.

We love staying at the Mark Spencer when we come to Portland. Amazing breakfast burritos across the street, a great coffee shop around the corner. There’s a lot of stuff to check out in this area. Definitely recommend.

I called to say we would be late check in due to flight delays, but there front desk STILL didnt save us a parking spot as requested. We needed an ADA entrance and was made to walk a long way to enter. Also, the parking garage is inconvient to enter when handicapped.

Very convenient location. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding area. Didn’t find the night overly noisy. We stayed during pride weekend and don’t find any issues with noise.

Room had a few things in need of repair and there were stains on some of the linens but things were mostly clean. Mostly was put off by the fact that within hours of arriving in Portland our truck window got smashed while it was parked directly in front of the hotel - the kind man at the front desk did warn repeatedly not to leave anything in the truck (we removed everything) but the amount that he stressed this leads me to believe this is not at all uncommon in this area. Would not stay in this area again.
