I booked this due to the hotel's proximity to the airport and the availability of the hotel/airport shuttle service. The check-in process whilst easy, the staff were not overly friendly. I put this down as being late in the day. The food was fantastic, both in the restaurant and room-service. Unfortunately, the electronic concierge device didn't work, when we tried to arrange food the staff once again were less than helpful, and we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them. So, hotel facilities were amazing, food was fantasic, but the service was a little lacking.

From the moment you walk in to reception you feel special. The staff are very helpful and professional, and to my surprise we were offered a free upgrade on arrival. The apartment was spectacular with full kitchen and balcony. The prices were very reasonable with complementary bathrobes. It has an on-site pool,, dining, roof top bar with fabulous views. There is so much to love about this place you won’t want to leave

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was so spacious for our family of two adults and two kids (8 and 4). The pool was sooooo stunning and the kids enjoyed the playground on site. The rooftop bar was relaxing for an evening drink and the planes were only noisy on one day of our three day stay. Earplugs are provided. The bed in one of the rooms was absolutely rock hard. Room service was excellent for breakfast and dinner.

Great property. Communication at restaurant & front desk was challenging a couple of times with language barrier issues. Was brought what I didn’t order for a meal and meal and drink credit didn’t get removed from our meal. Other than that was a great experience and wonderful property.

Mixed feelings....
Mixed experience. We finished a 2 week cruise and had all our luggage so headed to the hotel. Thought with it being an airport hotel, they would have options to gain earlier access as check in was 2pm. They offered to hold our luggage which was great and would prioritise our room access. Headed off for a walk and coffee. Heard nothing from the hotel, headed off for another walk and had lunch, still nothing. Eventually allowed into the room at 1.50pm. Room was decent, clean and comfortable. Gave up trying to work out how to use the microwave to heat milk. The TV had no options to access streaming services or any other kind of connectivity. Roomservice dinner meals were excellent. So not sure if we will return or look at at others nearby. It was dearer when we searched the area but not necessarily better.
