The restaurant food was great . The hotel seems to cater for passengers from cancelled flights . Once I worked out where the buses were situated it was ok . But the hotel needs to have better or some information to help people get to the city ( 30 minutes at night ) an hour during the day

I booked this due to the hotel's proximity to the airport and the availability of the hotel/airport shuttle service. The check-in process whilst easy, the staff were not overly friendly. I put this down as being late in the day. The food was fantastic, both in the restaurant and room-service. Unfortunately, the electronic concierge device didn't work, when we tried to arrange food the staff once again were less than helpful, and we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them. So, hotel facilities were amazing, food was fantasic, but the service was a little lacking.

From the moment you walk in to reception you feel special. The staff are very helpful and professional, and to my surprise we were offered a free upgrade on arrival. The apartment was spectacular with full kitchen and balcony. The prices were very reasonable with complementary bathrobes. It has an on-site pool,, dining, roof top bar with fabulous views. There is so much to love about this place you won’t want to leave

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was so spacious for our family of two adults and two kids (8 and 4). The pool was sooooo stunning and the kids enjoyed the playground on site. The rooftop bar was relaxing for an evening drink and the planes were only noisy on one day of our three day stay. Earplugs are provided. The bed in one of the rooms was absolutely rock hard. Room service was excellent for breakfast and dinner.

Spacious, well appointed & clean apartment, convenient to domestic airport. Pool & gym are good. Big negative is the super hard bed - could not sleep on it. The only harder bed I've slept on is a bamboo matt on the floor of a mud hut in the H'mong hills in Thailand. I requested a mattress topper from housekeeping but it did not turn up, and had to chase up a $20 f&b credit, so communication can be improved.

The property, room and ammenities where all excellent expect for the fact that I wasn’t able to use my $20 VIP credit because their menu offered almost no plant based alternatives. Also we were not offered a room upgrade until a day after we had already checked in and settled into our room that we were very satisfied with. Finally, their sauna was out of order which was one of the main reasons why we chose to stay there.

Good sized room, good restaurant, would like to see sandwich on lunch menu. Staff very attentive. Roof top bar is a nice addition

The hotel is excellent and far above most airport hotels. The location however is not close to airport, shuttle is fore. Fee and is not owned by hotel. There are some small stores within walking distance of hotel but groceries are extremely limited and very expensive so I really didn’t like the location at all and would not stay there again. The kitchen did not have what is needed and microwave was impossible to use, something that I have never experienced in my years of travel. All other services were good and room was great although in a two bedroom air conditioning should not be shared. In order for one room to be cofortable the other room either had to be stifling hot or icy cold and the maintenance crew was unable to do anything about the problem other than explain that it was on a single control.

One of the better hotels i have stayed at close to the airport. It was really nice, spacious and clean and the food was delicious, would definitely stay again!

It was a good experience. Some things they can improve on is ensuring that toiletries are restocked, and if they can removed the glass doors in the hallways, that would be great. They're great annoyance to anyone with lots of heavy luggages to carry, especially if your room is on the other end on the building.

Horrible client service, no bell boy to help with baggage laid back no care attitude or the check in staff Had 5 big bags and 2 kids no help from staff.. think twice before booking there youre better off in a known hotel
