I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Carlton Palace Hotel in Dubai, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I entered the hotel, I couldn't help but notice the outdated facilities that desperately need renovation. The entire hotel seemed worn out and in dire need of a facelift.
The room I stayed in was a stark reflection of this aging facility. The furniture looked tired, and the overall decor felt outdated. The lack of modern amenities was disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid for my stay. The bathroom, in particular, looked like it had seen better days, with signs of wear and tear evident everywhere.
Aside from the physical state of the hotel, the service I received was equally subpar. The staff, though polite, seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. This resulted in slow service, particularly in the hotel's dining areas. The restaurant staff appeared harried, and the quality of service suffered greatly.
Additionally, I must highlight another significant issue during my stay at the Carlton Palace Hotel in Dubai: the severely limited and inconvenient car parking space. Finding a parking spot was a nightmare, primarily due to the inadequate size and layout of the parking area. The spaces were incredibly narrow and cramped, making it extremely challenging to maneuver even a standard-sized vehicle.
