Only stayed here for two nights and it was fine. Walkable area and public transit was right outside to get into the city. The Lady who worked in the restaurant and reception area (pink shirt and black blazer) didn't seem to welcoming or friendly. Overall my stay was fine.

The staff were polite and helpful. Driving to the hotel was inconvenient, especially when you’re driving yourself. The rooms were average but comfortable. It was an easy drive from the hotel to the airport, about 20 minutes or so, but didn’t have to fight with Dublin traffic.

The staff was so helpful for our first trip to Dublin. They answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is great as there is a Tram right outside the Hotel. Also a great cafe next door for morning coffee and breakfast. There is a shopping mall next door with lots of food and shopping options. Very clean, quiet, safe. Absolutely would stay there again.

Excellent experience! Staff was wonderful and the onsite restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Try the sticky toffee pudding, you won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay at Glashaus. Rooms are spacious and clean and going into the city was a breeze with the tram. There are no fridges in the rooms despite having a fridge cabinet which we found odd. Also, the doors to the rooms close very loudly, so we could hear when guests in neighbouring rooms came and went.

We just stayed for one night. Check-in was hard. It is tough to find parking near the Hotel. They do have access to underground parking, but I never received any prior communication from them about it. I parked (and paid) at a nearby facility, walked in the rain up to the reception and received instructions. Even after parking in the underground parking lot, it was hard lugging our luggage up to our room. The staff did not seem very helpful / concerned. A welcome / courtesy email about "How to find us?", "where to park?" etc. would have been immensely helpful. Otherwise, the stay was fine.
