La rĆ©sidence donne directement sur le lac, il y a plusieurs accĆØs Ć  l'eau que ce soit par les pontons ou par les marches descendant dans le lac par la belle arche de style grec.

Cet appartement est un duplex, au niveau zƩro vous trouverez une grand salon/sƩjour avec balcon sur le lac, une vaste cuisine amƩnagƩe (four, machines Ơ cafƩ Nespresso ET filtre, grille-pain, bouilloire...) et des toilettes.
