At 1 am could not use key card...took a long time to get help as reception desk not manned...and you have to use phone...Also only one bath towel provided in room, so only one of us managed to shower.. so not good enough Sorry to say

The gym and pool were great, the room was well equip, the bed and linen clean and comfortable and it was nice and peaceful. The food in the bar was reasonable priced and good. The only down points were, the lift smelt like something had die in there and that was for the duration on the stay and my shower tap would only turn half on so was half shower half filling up bath. But overall really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed over after a wedding. The room was a little tired & could’ve been cleaner. Black mould In the bathroom. Doors were really dirty and the paint peeling and chipped along the bottom. Beds clean and comfortable. Soap and shampoo nice quality. Overall our stay was okay.

Excellent rooms and service
Friendly Welcome at check in and at the bar/restaurant and Spa. Very Large room, a little dated in colours but good condition and a clean modern bathroom which also was large and had a separate Shower and bath. That up have large towels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Food was tasty and lovely to sit outside surrounded by greenery and mature trees. The hotel areas were clean and modern. The spa pool was very clean and a huge Jacuzzi. The changing rims were large and clean. All for a great price and the staff make the stay that much nicer than other hotels in the area. This hotel will be my go to fit when staying in the area for business.

As a 2-day stay for work reasons this was a very pleasant hotel. I didn’t use the facilities to keep costs down but a work colleague had used them the week before and had said she was pleasantly surprised. Room was spacious and clean. Well stocked tea/coffee tray in room. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. One niggle was the water pressure in the shower which was very low. Overall, I’d definitely use this hotel again.

Was very friendly staff , Room condition wasnt good at all , view from your room was roof and wanted to close so we do t need to look outside , blinds were broken and I ask to the reception no body turned up and my husband spend time to fix it , safe box is broken to it wasn’t working , Shampoo and conditioner wasn’t enough for three people , either milk and drinks wasn’t enough as well I had to go many time to reception for problems no body turned up, so we tried to figure out and fix ourself , television wasn’t working as well I reported too then we worked out again not very helpful didn’t enjoy our stay to relax after graduations , had to pay for facilities too 😊
