I stayed on 2 separate overnights 6/19-20 and 6/23-24. On 6/19-20 The bathroom floor was dirty, there were tiles and trim missing on the wall near the toilet, the ceiling above the shower had 2 large bubbles that looked like water damage from the room above. The ceiling around the vent in the bathroom was spackled but not painted. And the wall below the air conditioner was missing trim and was unpainted. Looked like renovations that were never completed. There were significant spaces around the door and air conditioner that allowed the cigarette smoke from other guest outside to be drawn into the room making it smell like a smoking room. On 6/23-24 The room was cleaner but still had areas that looked like unfinished renovations. And the smoke issue due to the spacing in the door and air conditioner still existed. Not the kind of experience I expected from a Wyndham branded hotel.

Not the Wyndham experience I expected
Check in was fine. The room was OK for the most part. The floors in the bathroom were dirty and the ceiling over the shower had two areas that looked like water damage from the room above. These were bubbled areas that looked like the ceiling would fall if it was touched. It looked like they started renovations and didn't finish them as the ceiling around the vent in the bathroom was unfinished and there were a few wall tiles missing in front of the toilet. The wall below the air conditioning unit was unpainted and missing trim. The door and air conditioning unit had spaces where the air and light was showing through. Unfortunately, the guests in the next room would go outside to smoke and because of the spaces in the door and air condition unit the smell of cigarette smoke was drawn into our room.

The room had baseboard missing in the living area, tile missing in the bathroom along with baseboard. It just gave an unkept feeling. The toilet was built for a child and not an adult and was a difficult stretch to sit for an aging adult.

Stayed here for several days. The room was not properly cleaned. Here are some examples: pile of dust on curtains visibly noticed someone half way cleaned it and stopped, the floors were not clean as u would have dirt on the bottoms of ur feet’s, mirrors were not clean tons of spots and long streaks of some substance, dead bugs next the bed, toilet brush house keeping uses was thrown behinds the toilet onto the floor.

This place should not be a Wyndham property. The room was poorly renovated and the smell of sanitizer was overwhelming. The pool was closed and had been for some time. I would never recommend it to anybody.

The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. Dried urine on the toilet from the previous occupant. Little pieces of what appeared to be toilet paper on the bathroom floor. Some type of brown substance in the bath tub (I don't think it was poop though). When turning back the sheets on the bed, a small spider ran off. The room was inexpensive and in this case I certainly got less than I paid for.

The pictures on Expedia do not match the actual condition of the property. A sign at the covered pool from the City of Durango dated 2/2024 stated that it was unsafe for human occupation. The first room we were given was absolutely filthy (dirty carpet and counters) and had pain spilled all all over the tile flooring. My husband asked for a different room and was told they gave us that one because “we requested a first floor room”. The next room was a little cleaner but the carpet and tile was very dirty. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion were practically empty so I can only guess that they were used and left by a previous guest. I cleaned the room myself with Chlorox wipes. There was broken and missing tile throughout the room and bathroom. There was hot water and a functional air conditioner. Overall I can’t believe that Wyndham allows their name to be linked to this property. Do yourself a favor and don’t book here.

Good location, generally needs a major remodel. Not much in the room worked properly, exposed electrical outlets, bathroom faucet had two hot taps, missing tiles, cut off copper pipes. I wouldn't recomend this property nor would I stay there again.

Stayed in room 231. Bathroom floor was disgusting. Grout was black with some kind of sludge as if it hadn’t been deep cleaned or properly mopped in years. Shampoo provided was mostly empty so not sure how well the room was serviced since the last occupant.

Pool and hot tub were closed and out of service, the water in the show and sink was only like warm. No hot water. We booked this one because of the Hot tub and pool. We spent four days backpacking in the cold rain and really wanted these amenities. Shower water lever didn't seem to work right and the AC didn't move the air around properly.fist appearance when you walk in is the rooms have been updated but there are a few things that just didn't work right.

We called front desk to ask for room to be clean and they never cleaned ours room. Went again to front desk and asked what happened and the guy said that he didn't know anything and refused to send someone to clean ours room

This hotel is not as advertised. There is no working pool. Rooms are dirty and outdated. Lights did not work in our room. We did not sleep well here due to the noise and the kids didn’t feel safe here. We booked two nights but left after the first night. We asked for a refund for the second night but never heard anything back. Do not stay here.

Hotel was not as i expected. It was nothing like the pictures. Pool was out of service. Keys kept deactivating. Guy up front was not friendly at all. There was a thermostat (?) on the wall that had no cover and wires sticking out of the wall. The bathroom floor looked like it had a few gaps that were forgotten to be filled. Probably will not be staying here again.
