You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. I wanted a cheap place to lay my head for the night and that’s what I got. Overall everything was fine. My biggest issue was water temperature. I took a shower at 10:00am and lukewarm was the best I could do.

The door frame to bathroom was rooten at floor. The heater would not put out heat. Was not a handicap room. All they did was put a handicap bar in tub and called it a handicap room.

We did not enjoy our stay. Room wasn’t fully ready when we arrived. No carpeted rooms. Inside was in need of work and repairs. Only had lukewarm water (perhaps due to the large water heater left outside our window-but no mention of it when we arrived).

This property was terrible. It was filthy, there were random large car parts scattered in the parking lot. The front desk was never manned and when someone would finally show up, they were not helpful or friendly. We stayed only one night (I wish we didn't even stay that long), we checked out early and went down the street to a way nicer property. They also charged a $240.00 incidentals fee that they did not disclose. This came out of my account unknowingly. They never provided a receipt or any paperwork.

We arrived and there had been no hot water for at least two days. The person at the dest said it was to be repaired the next day (monday) They refused to cancel our reservation, talked a foreign language when we asked to speak to the manager, who refused to show up. We had to book at the last minute another hotel. Pool was closed and empty.

Disgusting
Walls are thin and if you’re staying on the first floor you can hear everything from the seconds floor. Mold in the shower and towels smelled like mildew. Bugs were crawling on the walls and the curtains.

I was told our room had a problem and they were out of hot water, so I asked for a discount and he said the only way to do that is to cancel the reservations we made . So he did and gave us a discount and said he only had one room left and it had troubles also. No tv. We took it knowing there was little time to get a new room some place else. The room smelled horrible, the drapes were not on the rod and the screen was bent and open to the outside, as if the room was destroyed. The toilet would not shut off until we had to shake the handle a number of times. But it was clean to a point and the beds were comfortable. Never will I stay there again.

It appears that the owners are in over their heads. The phone in room didn't work. New AC unit was difficult to control fan speed and noisy. You had to turn on the TV by using the actual button on the TV then find the HDMI "mode" and then use the remote...cumbersome. BUT then no volume on the TV. I then was going to call the office as they suggested and the phone didn't work. It worked for the night.

Gentleman at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and efficient. Room was clean, but sparsely furnished. When we opened the door the room was hot and smelly. We had to leave the door and window open to air it out. Generally low quality for the money.
