Near a kayak launching area, you'll love exploring the uninhabited 100-acre Washburn Island that boasts trails to hike and pristine beaches. The Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve is right nearby and is a fantastic spot for a picnic. You're also close to Bosun's East Falmouth Marina and the Childs River Landing public boat ramp, from which you can sail to Nantucket Sound and visit Martha's Vineyard. The lovely town of Falmouth boasts boutique shops, great eateries, and plenty of family-friendly attractions, all just a few miles away.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a feeling of welcome throughout the space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite shows on the large TV, or carrying on great conversations with your loved ones. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
