Nice hotel, room was a little dated and a bit noisy. But was very happy with the staff, very nice and friendly. Really good location, right next to the beach and not too far from the town. Overall I’d be happy to stay there again.

Situated about 1 mile from the centre of Skegness, a friendly hotel with good food and drink options including a gluten free menu for all meals. Adjacent to a beach and well kept 18 hole golf course. Outside it gets noisy from about 6:30 which is to be expected from a golf hotel

Bank holiday weekend.
Lovely place. Not especially family friendly as it is a golf course but we were very well looked after. Each day the cleaner put our daughter’s Elsa doll in a different place. This made her day. Would very much recommend.

Great Stay
I had sea view room,which was spacious,clean and quiet.The English Breakfast was very good and filling.I ate in the bar one night,and the Burger I had was one of the best I have had in a hotel/pub.It was cooked well,but moist and tasty.Well done Chef!The reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful.The golf course is a very good layout,and I enjoyed playing it.I would definitely stay there again.The Pro shop staff were great as well.

Dated and noisy
Arrived and on check in was asked to pay when i explained i had already paid, this was ignored and i had to tell her 3 times i had paid. Eventually given my key cards which were almost chucked at us we went upstairs to our room. Room was smallish and dated. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Otherwise relatively clean. Bed was comfortable and fresh. Our room faced a wall and were constantly woken up by aircon units or compressors. So no cheeky lie in for us. On checkout we weren't even asked if we enjoyed our stay. Overall, not a terrible stay but not again thank you.

Good situation overlooking the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good though breakfast coffee too weak. Only problem is lack of lifts. I have arthritis and walk with a stick and getting up several flights of stairs with a heavy case was not easy.

Breakfast service was fine and the food throughout the stay was amazing however the evening mew service was slow and we would have liked some help to get food in room one evening due to ill health but were told couldn't help only 2 on , struggled with stairs and nobody told us until we were leaving that there was a starlift on other staircase ! Room not very clean and very dated
