The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy.
There was no option for filling up water bottles.
The hotel stank of cigarette smell all of the time compared to other hotels.
We arrived at 1pm and they asked for money to check in earlier without even checking if our room was available.

Was not informed that the pool was for over 21 only, this hotel is not family friendly, great location for the strip lovely hotel would have also been nice to have a coffee/tea making machine in the room, would not recommend this hotel for families.

"Old hotel, but still good and has the old world charm. I worried after reading so many negative reviews. But it turned out to be much better than I expected. We lived in the Skyrise Tower. Room was decent, clean and comfortable beds. Window had a great view. No issues with bathroom. No housekeeping ..."
