Tired looking old hotel. Smelled musty. Check in was awful. Stood in line forever only to be told to leave the line and go to a terminal check in but it wouldn’t work even with assistance so back to the line. And why do we have to GO to check out. Most hotels you just leave. So expensive for a tired old hotel and watch the resort tax

The only and I mean only downside I found was the smoking. I and my husband do not smoke and found in some areas it to be very thick. I don’t like having to breathe it in. Other than that it was a pleasant stay

Nightmare
This was the worst trip of my life. I lost my deceased mother’s diamond tennis bracelet after my first night so I didn’t want to stay in town anymore. I wanted to cancel my reservation because the “strip view” I was provided was completely unacceptable. They wouldn’t refund me because of your refund policy and claimed to not be able to Give me a new room due to “occupancy” I had to go through HOOPS with multiple phone calls to yall asking for incident report and all sorts of madness just to cancel (it’s all recorded and notated) but then was declined because of the “hotel’s” policy refusing to refund when they tell me if I didn’t book through yall I would get a full refund. Completely unacceptable from your party and their party. Especially after I could’ve booked a better hotel for cheaper elsewhere.
