East Las Vegas Holiday Packages

On check in, clicked on daily room clean. Not once was it cleaned in 4 nights. On NY Eve mentioned to the room security check officer who said she would pass that on. Still not cleaned. Found a housemaid outside our room cleaning the room next door and asked her for toilet paper, towels, shampoo and conditioner and advised her as we were leaving the next day not to bother making the bed. She was rude and reluctant to give us supplies. Last day at 5am shower was cold. Great room, great check in and out but no room cleaned throughout 4 day stay

The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy. There was no option for filling up water bottles. The hotel stank of cigarette smell all of the time compared to other hotels. We arrived at 1pm and they asked for money to check in earlier without even checking if our room was available.
