Check in was great, got to my room and it was clean. I took a nap and was going to shower, there was a used bar of soap with hairs. I called the front desk to have someone clean and no one came nor was I offered another room.

In my opinion you should not stay here. It’s filthy and the restaurant is never open so no free breakfast as promised. I had to switch rooms because my first room had a loud ac. They refused to give me a plate to use in my room for the microwave. Water is scalding hot or cold. No in between. Also fruit flies in my room.

At 3am next room over had music blasting. I called the front desk, she advised she would take care of it. The music never stopped. I didnt sleep. There were exposed electric wires in the room from the ac unit. There were exposed electric wires outside at the pool area on the light pole. The bathrooms were very outdated. The bath tub had tile missing. The mirror in our room had a huge crack and was busted. Very poor conditions.

There was a strange smell at the front door when we arrived at night. For some reason, and although they seem to be giving some welcoming gift bags, we did not get one. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was relatively rude and the hot water in both the shower and sink was really sensitive, as in, it came out burning hot with little effort. Overall it was an ok stay. Bed was average and room seemed to be cleanish, but would probably not stay again... no complementary breakfast was a pretty letdown for us and did not felt as welcomed as in other places.

Have stayed here on multiple occasions and the hotel is clean and has been updated. However, there is limited parking as this lot fills up fast and it is very dark in some areas. Needs more lighting. Not the best neighborhood area either, lots of stragglers hanging around hotel area.

Property condition has gone downhill immensely
We had stayed at this hotel some years back and it had been great value for what you got. Unfortunately, it feels like the hotel has not been maintained well. The floorboards were buckling in the room, the black out curtains didn't cover the window enough, the air conditioner was blowing a lot right next to one of the beds, the light switch in the bathroom forced the blower on too and it was very loud, and the sheets seemed low quality. The beds were comfortable enough, the room was clean, and the front desk people were very kind and helpful. I hope they can take better care of the property and update it more.

Labor day weekend, everything was packed. As the ypung kady at check in 3 questions, to which she did not know any answers, whats a good Mexican restaurant, ehere can i get an envelope, and can i leave my car all day tomorrow. However, we did witness a lady fall the next morning and THAT staff person was very helpful, offering suggestions and options for the elderly ladys care. Even saw her flip over the front desk counter in a slirt. Highly impressed with her.
