Average Stay
The stay was average, but the front desk staff I encountered were friendly. My husband and I were in town for a conference and booked a suite (we were roomed in the hospitality suite). The suite was spacious but could use an upgrade. There was visible mold behind the TV and in the ceiling, and the ceiling lights over the vanity sink were covered in mold and leaked. The front desk staff said maintenance would check it out, but we were not advised if they did and we didn’t see any signs of repair. Overall, the suite suited its main purpose of a place to rest.

I have stayed at other nearby competitor properties that are higher priced and hands down the Holiday Inn Express in Voorhees, NJ beats them all for cleanliness and good condition of the room and all shared areas of the hotel, friendly, customer service oriented staff, their 24/7 hot beverage station, their welcome pkg. upon check-in, and the complimentary breakfast is incredible.

This is my second time in a hotel. The staff are always smiling and amazing except the cafeteria staff was the only one that never smiled and opened always late. Also, there was only one elevator that was working, which was a problem, but besides checking in and checking out, the front desk was amazing Will go back again
