Service at the hotel was very hit and miss- the daytime staff were great Evening/Night staff need to be trained properly if they are working on their own. Our air conditioning did not work in our room. It was fixed during the day Stopped working again in the evening and the fellow that was sent to try to fix it in the evening was quite rude. Restaurant area and staff were lovely

Great downtown location. Besides the homeless/drug addicts that are around the area. Check in was great, they give a delicious warm chocolate chip cookie and in the lounge is free starbucks coffee. We had drinks in the lounge and it's very nice, staff were very nice. It also has an outdoor patio at the lounge which is very nice. There is a parking lot right beside or underground parking is available. The room was very clean and modern and the bed was was comfortable. I would stay here again!

I dont get the other reviews for this hotel. This hotel is in a city, there will be homeless people, it will be hard to park; However, the hotel was great! The room was so clean, the parking was good if you have reasonably sized vehicle. Do not bring your f350 to downtown edmonton, it wont fit, but that should be expected. The service was really good, and there are some good bars in the area. I definitely recommend staying if you want to see downtown edmonton. Its clean, s good price, and in the city, its great!

The fire alarm was going on and off all night. Cleaner came in the room at 9 am right before we were checking out

Have stayed here many times before for work and pleasure. This was not a great stay. Bed was dirty, Floor turned your feet black. Fire alarms started going off early morning. They would go. Then stop, you would just get back to sleep and they would start again. I asked and confirmed it was a false alarm. This pattern continued for over an hour and a bit.

Great hotel
We spent one night and it was amazing. The view from our room at the 11th floor was spectacular. The stand up shower was great and the bathroom was spacious. We loved it and my girlfriend wished we could stay another night. Shout out for Karim at the front desk who helped us with getting a great view room.

When we first arrived our first room had a bug in the bed (unsure if it was a bedbug or carpet beetle). Staff moved us rooms quickly and upgraded us which was great but even the second room had stains on the bedding, splatter marks on the wall, sink didn’t drain.. once I checked out I asked for a receipt and was told since I booked and paid through Expedia that I could not have one. When I got home I looked at my credit card and I was charged by the hotel for my stay despite paying for it through Expedia 2 months ago…
