We came to West Edmonton Mall, family of 5 for 4 days. It's about a 7 minute drive to the mall !! Stayed in their standard room. Beds were super comfortable, bedding too. Great AC. Awesome Continental breakfast in the mornings. GOOD COFFEE, that's a must for us lol! Staff was very polite and it's clean. No microwave in room which wasn't the worst thing but there is one available to use at the front. Overall great experience.

The room floor is sticky, AC not cold. At the beginning each time we turn the ac thermostat to cold it will give out loud noises. After we report it to the hotel, they fixed it, no more loud noise but it will not get cold. Washroom very small. They only offer to change the towels after 3 days but no room service. Hallways are dark.

This property falsely advertises the quality of their rooms. They also only offer house keeping every other day, but don’t mention that when you check in. Therefore we ran out of towels and everything else and were made to feel bad when we asked for clean ones.

Breakfast was a little underwhelming, possibly of more than 1choice of fruit whould be a start. Oranges and apples alternating on every 2nd day seems to be your only choice

I've stayed at many quality inn hotels, this one was not what i was expecting. The staff at the front desk was nice and the manager was really nice as she tried to make our stay more comfortable. The room was dirty with dust and dead bugs that were not cleaned when they came to clean the room. Not a place I would return to next trip to Edmonton.

Quiet place and nice staff. However when the key card continually stops working for your room, or other peoples within the same room and you all have to keep going down almost daily to get it reactivated (and see others having to as well) its a bit of an issue. Or a bigger issue is when you say can you recode it for room xxx they take the card, do it and hand it back. They dont ask the name on file for the room, dont ask for id just assume you are for that room and give it to you. Not safe at all in that sense knowing anyone could suddenly be in your room just by telling front desk the card stopped working

We’re staying here for a family medical reason at the Misrecordia Hospital Edmonton. The staff are seriously second to none. Accommodating, and compassionate. They gave us a ( discount for medical stay and we could not be more appreciative. HIGHLY recommend!
