The Space:
Enter the single level residence through the mahogany double doors where the Mid-century mod designed social spaces begin. You’ll love the easy flow between a super comfy living room and elegant dining area that are graced by vaulted ceilings and skylights. Next is the massive gourmet kitchen with bar seating, coffee bar, and 2 separate dining areas, then a second living room with games + indoor bar for non-stop entertainment. Views dominate every room, and the entire home is modern and light-filled, creating the perfect enclave for entertaining, sharing meals, streaming movies on the Smart TVs, or simply relaxing.
When it’s time for a rest there are 7 bedrooms to choose from, each with its own unique layout. The main suite is a luxury retreat with a king bed, twin trundle bed, and an exceptional 4-piece oversized bathroom that has a dual sink vanity and standalone tub. The other bedrooms have a nice mix of sleeping options including another king bed, queens, singles, and a fun bunk room that the kiddos will love. Most bedrooms in the home have a smart TV with streaming cable and storage for travel items, too. Adding to the long list of conveniences, enjoy 3 additional full bathrooms with modern finishes and custom tilework.
Whether looking for the perfect small event space or epic family fun, the backyard has you covered with a huge pool and soothing spa that are available year-round. -We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.
-The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
-Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.
-The pool/spa can be heated for an extra fee, based on fluctuating SDGE gas prices. Please inquire about pricing prior to booking.
-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval from host.
-Events and equipment rentals are subject to additional charges. We would require an ID for any event. Please reach out to us to discuss your event prior to making a reservation.
-There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 16 guests.
-Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.

Our park areas offer hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, and camping in the vast and beautiful wilderness that surrounds El Cajon. You can take in the stunning panoramic views from Mt. Helix, especially captivating at sunset, or challenge yourself with rock climbing at Coyote Ridge Boulder. Spend an afternoon hiking Cowles Mountain, mountain biking through Mission Trails Regional Park, strolling along Lake Murray, or fishing on El Capitan Reservoir.
From here you can hit the Pacific Beaches in about 25 minutes with several great options to choose from including Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, La Jolla Shores Beach, and Coronado Beach. For breathtaking views and the most amazing sunsets that you will ever see, visit Sunset Cliffs Natural Park – definitely an Insta-worthy spot you don’t want to miss.

Getting Around:
Our property is easily accessible via Interstate 8 (I-8), Interstate 805 (I-805), and CA-94 E. The overall area is best explored with a personal vehicle. There is private parking for up to six (6) cars – two (2) in the garage and four (4) in the driveway. Street parking is available for additional vehicles but is extremely limited. The house is perfectly located at the top of a hill and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in El Cajon.
