Property area unsafe Water in bathtub was dirty brown. No outlet access. Standing water-in the refrigerator. Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable.

It's a nice place and the workers try hard but I cannot give it a high rating for the simple reason that every single day there was no hot water! Each time I tried to take a shower there was no hot water and I had to call the desk. Then, they had to send somebody to the building to activate the hot water heater in the building. I do not blame the workers. I blame the owner who is obviously so cheap and stingy that he's not willing to spend the money necessary to make the hot water heater work and not keep shutting off. Mind you, after I complain day after day they would get it started again but this happened again and again and the worker told me it's because the hot water heater is defective and keeps shutting off. This is very bad and as far as I'm concerned it's the fault of the owner that's so cheap he doesn't want to spend the money necessary to either replace or at least repair the hot water that kept shutting off every single day.

I Conveniently located to Yosemite NP, beautiful country. The only drawback was there was no cell phone service at the hotel or surrounding area. They did have WiFi which you could use but it was pretty spotty!

We'd read some really strange reviews about this place so were very apprehensive, but it was very convenient for getting to Yosemite so we decided to go for it. It was an excellent decision. The room was large, well equipped and very quiet. Bed was large and very comfortable. Dining options were great for our needs. Area down to the river was peaceful, well lit and well equipped with seating and areas for BBQs. All staff were charming. Food options in the shop were a bit pricey, but offered a good selection.

Property was good. TV reception in room was terrible. Talked to front desk, was told they couldn’t do anything and would have to inform manager. Never heard back. Strange as it was cable? No offer to fix tv or change rooms. Even after showing a video of the reception.
