I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel in December 2024. Upon checking in, I discovered a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. However, the real issue came when I went to bed and found what appeared to be either fecal stains or curry marks on the doona. This was not only unpleasant but also deeply unsettling, especially given the high standards I expected from this hotel. When I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, I was met with no apology, no acknowledgment, and no offer of compensation. The lack of empathy and accountability from management added to my frustration and left me feeling completely dissatisfied with my experience. For a hotel of this caliber, basic cleanliness and customer service should be non-negotiable. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure that future guests don’t encounter similar problems. I have utilised this hotel on several occasions in the past; however, I do not have any intentions of returning.

I’m glad we were ‘upgraded’ I’d hate to of seen the others!! Would have been good to be asked if we had any ability issues! Climbing in and out of the bath/shower was incredibly difficult for me. Our toilet seat was 2 inches shorter that the bowl!! The room was clean, service was good, breakfast was nice. Just a little pricey for the very outdated room

Had to wedge spoons in the door so it would let air into the room due to the air con hissing like crazy. The shower taps fell off and the shower temp was impossible to get right. The lift was a joke, go for a 15min ride before you get off on your level. Staff was great though!

As a lone female traveler I felt very safe here , very comfortable bed , clean space , nice bathroom products supplied, all cooking gear if you need it Great location so close to city centre easy to navigate around would recommend

Was mostly good, We had four people in a two bedroom apartment, room was clean and large enough. Only had three towels in it and when we asked for another one at reception they said "we don't have more towels"... that was pretty weird and amusing. Breakfast buffet was very average, would be simpler and nicer to have a small alacarte menu. Overall it was good enough but will look elsewhere next time.

Staff were amazing and helpful at the front desk and bar area (couldnt fault them). Room wasnt clean (wrappers and bottle tops on the floor and dirty windows).
