Nice affordable place to stay near the airport. The hotel is a bit dated but clean. Our sink, toilet and bath tub were all leaking slowly. The breakfast is nice and saves time and money of having to go to a restaurant each morning. It is literally across the street from the airport so it is really loud in the morning with planes flying in and out.

I booked this hotel because of its closeness to the airport as well as them having a free shuttle to and from the airport. When we arrived I called the shuttle line to get picked up and was on hold for 25min it sounded like someone picked up the phone but immediately put the call on hold without saying anything. We then got on what we thought was the shuttle but was for another location which we then got a Lyft ride from to our hotel, when we arrived I informed the person checking us in of this and he just said "oh" gave us our room keys and didn't say anything else. The staff clearly have no care for the guests or the hotel when I was grabbing snacks from the little store they have the girl at the desk was on her phone not paying attention and then another lady came up and they proceeded to have a conversation about how another staff member was mad at the one for something. They did this while completely ignoring my presence;To me this is extremely unprofessional. Breakfast was subpar the scrambled eggs were watery and lacked any kind of flavor the only half way decent thing was the baked goods

The hotel staff and stay were pretty good, however that shuttle service has to do better. The night of our arrival we tried to call the shuttle service 12 times. The number was just busy. I did read the transportation part in the app, however being able to confirm that a ride is on the way is a great thing.

The hotel is very easy to find and parking was never an issue. There are spots out in front, but I used the underground parking provided by the hotel. The lobby and hallway were always very clean. The staff walking around were very friendly and always greeted us. We had an aviation view room, which was really cool to watch helicopters and planes taking off. The noise from the airport couldn’t be heard in our room. The suite was very spacious and clean. The restaurant is a little bit expensive however the food is worth it. It looks like everybody was enjoying the indoor pool as well. The only issue I had was when I called downstairs to see if I could extend another night or had to check out. The woman was pretty rude when she told me they were sold out and hung up on me. Thinking she didn’t check us out we stopped at the front desk before taking off. I spoke to her again and felt bad for her because she seemed grumpy. I’ve worked in the travel industry for over 25 years dealing with customers complaints. No hotel stay is gonna ever be perfect. This is a great place to stay & is located close to museums and other cool stuff in LA.

Service not so great
We checked in late in a Saturday night as we drove from another state. As i was standing in lone waiting to check in, i over heard the front desk staff say the were sold out for thr night. I was able to check in and get the room i thought we reserved. We got to our room and it wasnt what out reservation was for. They gave us a handicap room with a queen bed. Thats not what i reserved. I went back to the front desk and told them. That was the only room they had left, so we had to stay in that room for the night. Of course after a long travel was tired and wanted to get to bed. Didnt sleep the best due to being crowded in the bed. They said they would move us room the next day. The next day they gave us a new room. The room was missing a few things and the fridge didnt work. I called the front desk and asked for the things we needed. Of couse they said they would have the iteam sent up and never showed up. So the next day called the front desk and asked again. After several hours they brought 1 of the items to the room, but it wasnt even what we asked for. Just had to give up. The best part of our stay was the breakfast cooks! They we so nice, friendly and did an amazing job with iur breakfasts
