As you enter the villa you will find on the ground floor an open plan area consisting of a large living room with comfy couches, a smart TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for your get away vacation. There is also a guest wc on the ground floor and large patio doors opening to the back of the villa with landscaped gardens and outdoor furniture.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms. The first room on your far right is the main bedroom with the large walk in robe and ensuite, consisting of a comfy queen size bed and its own balcony. The second bedroom to your right is a double room with large wardrobes. The room to your far left has a queen size bed, ensuite with walk in shower, plenty of wardrobes and a balcony with outdoor furniture. The second room to your left consists of 2 single beds with a balcony and outdoor furniture.
Erimi Village is just 3.1 km from Kolossi Castle, 2km from The Cyprus Wine Museum, 12.3 km from My Mall of Limassol, 16 km from the City of Dreams Casino.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
