Good Hotel Close to Martha's Vineyard
This hotel is well located for the Oaks Bluff ferry to Martha's Vineyard. It was nice and easy to check in. The breakfast was basic but ok and difficult to eat using plastic cutlery including spreading butter.

The room felt damp when I walked in and smelled terrible. Ac was unplugged. The decorative throw on bed was either dirty or stained and when I pulled back the sheets the bedding was noticeably dirty with yellow stains and human hair and fuzz balls. Later I found bugs in the bathroom. I took a picture and have a video.

The location was perfect, and affordable, before catching the ferry in Woods Hole. Staff was good and well lit parking lot was appreciated. Rooms were fine and clean for a 1 night stay

We stayed for one night. The hotel is close to ferry terminal and that was our goal. The hotel is off a busy street. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and recently remodeled. Good for a short visit.

We stayed here only because there weren't any other handicap accessible rooms anywhere else in Falmouth. The mattress was awful, but the free breakfast was so bad looking that we went to nearby restaurants.
