We stay here at least once a year since its my daughter's favorite hotel. I mentioned it was my daughters birthday trip and guest services went above and beyond with a beautiful and positive bday card and a small bag of treats! My daughter was over the moon. I love this hotel and its staff have been nothing but kind and professional through the years. Location cant be beat either!

The hotel is no longer what it used to be. Dings, and tape, and unpainted areas. The breakfast is good but lunch and dinner are a joke and lack basic culinary understanding. I got macrowaved stale French fries that I am almost sure came from a fast food place, the Shrimp came with a bland cereal (yes!) Instead of cheese curds. The chicked was soaked with sweet and sour right off the bottle.The front desk staff are great and helpful. The hotel owners need to revive it otherwise itll shrivel slowly and fade.

Everything was fine except my key card not working to get into the gym. After several trips to the front desk, they had to come down and just prop the door open. Also, the lighting in the bathroom is very weird. Difficult if you are trying to apply makeup.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Check-in was simple however there should be more than one person during the peak check-in time. Rooms seemed clean until my kids walked on the carpet in their socks. I would say the room could use a deep carpet cleaning. Other than that, it was a good selection. Please clean that carpet.

I have visited this hotel numerous times. The room is very cold, which I loved but I will have to say the atrium area’s a/c and the breakfast was below par. The food was not worth $40 for 2. I probably won’t return.

Room was very humid
The AC was not working properly last week. I understand Dallas is 100 degrees outside, but I expected my hotel room to be comfortable. It was humid inside my room even at a comfortable room temperature. My clothes were damp the entire time I was there. There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I know that the hotel is working on the AC issues after some of the storms that they experienced in June, but I was not comfortable while staying there - and I am a fellow Texan.
