Nestled in the quiet family-friendly neighbourhood of Fingal Bay, this 3-bedroom home is a mere 2-minute drive or 500mt walk from the pristine shores of Fingal Bay surf patrolled beach, this exceptional property offers an idyllic retreat for those in search of a laid-back beachside lifestyle.

A 3-minute drive down the road takes you to Market Street shopping area where you can enjoy beautiful coffee, meals, and beer on tap at The Cellar Cafe. Market Street also has Friendly Grocer, Bottle shop, Take Away Cafe, and Petrol Station or 2-minute drive to Fingal Bay Sports Club.

For a wider array of experiences, a 5-minute drive will take you to the renowned Shoal Bay which is famous for the Country Club, Atmos Restaurant, and boutique shopping.

10 Garuwa sits high on the hill, upon entry, you will be welcomed by a living area with laminate flooring, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player and Sound bar -thoughtfully designed for children to have their own space to enjoy the holiday.

Up 15 stairs will take you to the main living area and bedrooms. The master bedroom, appointed with a Queen-sized bed, built in wardrobe and water views, whilst two additional bedrooms both with 2 Single beds and built-in robes line the hallway. A shared renovated bathroom centrally serves these bedrooms, the bathroom has floor to ceiling tiles, shower, bath, vanity, toilet, and a 2nd separate toilet for guest convenience.

The upstairs living/ dining/ kitchen area, features a split system air conditioner, Smart TV, DVD player, Sound Bar, cane furniture, dining for 8 and serene views of Fingal Bay beach and Fingal Spit. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a family size fridge/ freezer.

The property also provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer plus a clothesline outside.
Please note the garage is not for guest use, however, there is room for 1 car on the driveway which is steep or ample street parking.

Amazing view, perfect house for a family
We absolutely loved our stay at the house in Fingal Bay! We stayed here with our 3 small children and the house was perfect for us! The view is amazing overlooking the Bay and is in a perfect location. The house has some great features including, a fantastic deck for a morning coffee watching the sun rise, a nice flat area out the back for the kids to play, seperate toy/play room downstairs, all amenities you need are available for cooking!
