Staff were nice, place clean, coffee is free which is not usual in a 3 star hotel. The only drawback is how noise it is in the am around 7. A lot of banging and what not but could had been the area where my room was because I could also smell every morning the breakfast cooking and I was in the 2nd floor

To avoid this hotel at all costs
Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare and left us deeply disappointed. On our first night, we were given a room that did not match our reservation—a cheaper room than what we had paid for. This was unacceptable, but the problems didn’t end there. On the third night, our room lost power entirely, leaving us without electricity all night. When we sought help, the staff on duty showed complete indifference to our situation and were shockingly rude. This experience was beyond frustrating, and we strongly urge others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Nice staff, comfy & clean rooms + good breakfast!
Overall the hotel is very clean and the room is comfy. The condition of bathroom is great. The first day of my stay I ran into a cleaning lady that I did not get to know her name; she was very friendly and eager to help with directions. I also appreciate Julia the front desk lady and the breakfast area master Daisa—They are the most friendly hotel staff that made you feel like home. Also the breakfast is great! Both your appetite for savory and sweetness can be fully satisfied, while good coffee, tea, or juice await you. Highly recommended and I’d love to come back when I return to Florence again.

Buena relacion precio/calidad. Prolijo y comodo. Lo unico malo es que el baño del vecino estaba en la pared de la cama de mi habitacion, por lo que te despertaba cuando tiraban la cisterna en la noche.

Nice Florence hotel!
Great location near train station and Florence sites. Easy to walk to many locations and to/from the train station. The room was clean and surprisingly big! That was a really nice surprise as we had to repack our bags and we had plenty of space. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was simple but good. The only complaint was the small shower - I’m petite so I managed but my tall husband had a bit more trouble. Overall I would recommend!

We did not stay in this property. The Expedia ad said we could have a shower or bathtub. I requested bathtub and then sent numerous messages to the Hotel to make sure I was getting my request. I sent them before the deadline for a refund. I received messages, but my question was not answered. Then, on the day of the reservation, they said that the room I chose does not come with a bathtub. I cannot stay in a room without a bathtub - so I cancelled and expect a full refund. Thanks, Frances Restuccia

Location was perfect - easy 8min walk to/from train station and walkable to all sightseeing spots. Breakfast was great; staff was super friendly and helpful. Good wifi, near market and food, always felt safe. Its quite loud at night but the location itself was well worth it. Would stay again.

Staff (both reception and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Hotel’s location was great. The mattresses were awful, however, and it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The noise of the plumbing and the other guests was clearly audible. There were a few minor issues with the safe and the shower leaking.

The hotel is very nice, it’s decorated with antiques. Our only complaint was there weren’t proper plugs for us to charge our phones. It wasn’t until our final day that I discovered plugs for our chargers .
