Qualcosa di diverso dallo standard.Classica baita accogliente e con tutto il necessario. adatta per chi vuole "vivere la montagna". Ideale per fuggire dalla frenesia quotidiana. Per me OTTIMA.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 5 giorni in due adulti e 4 bambini è andato tutto bene e ci siamo divertiti la casetta è un po' piccolina soprattutto la zona giorno ma cmq c'è tutto l'occorrente... Anche il bagno è piccolino Si potrebbe migliorarlo magari mettendo un box doccia e installare un antenna per vedere la tv... La stufa invece scalda tutto in poco tempo...

Bellissima casetta a pochi km da Folgaria, molto piccola ma molto funzionale con tutto il necessario. Disponibile e gentile il proprietario. Unica scomodità potrebbe essere la caldaia da accendere a mano ogni volta ma con le giuste istruzioni non ci sono problemi. Ci ritornerei volentieri.

Abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 4 in questa piccola baita, in alcune cose bisogna adattarsi ma con lo spirito giusto si affronta tutto! Pace e silenzio attorno e tanta natura. Proprietario molto gentile e premuroso, da non attribuire a lui la posizione errata della mappa sull'annuncio che colloca la baita in zona fondo grande. Bella esperienza, nessun tipo di problema. Torneremo volentieri.

Una vera Baita
La Baita è accogliente e si scalda presto. Il sig. Gilberto è gentile e disponibile. Per chi cerca la pace e vuole riscoprire gesti dimenticati (accendere la stufa a legna ti fa veramente sentire in montagna, quella vera) è veramente perfetta. È comunque necessario un po di spirito di adattamento. Consiglio caldamente.

Perfekte Unterkunft
Wir haben uns auf Anhieb in die kleine Hütte verliebt. Sie bietet alles, was man braucht und wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind auch genug Platz. Zum Skigebiet ist es nicht weit, ebenso in den Ort. Parkplatz und Nachtruhe sind perfekt, der Holzofen ein Traum. Unser Vermieter war sehr nett und wartete geduldig auf uns, nachdem wir uns erst verfahren hatten. Gerne wieder.

Proprietario molto ospitale, disponibilissimo! La Baita si trova poco fuori da Folgaria, raggiungibile percorrendo circa 1km di una stradina che dirama da quella principale. Molto caratteristica, rustica, silenziosa, con una vista spettacolare delle montagne circostanti. Se avete in mente la classica vacanza di lusso in montagna, la piccola sistemazione su 2 piani con bagnetto e cucina al piano e terra e camera da letto al mansardato, non è questo quello che state cercando. Se invece siete alla ricerca di pace e serenità, di un weekend rilassante in coppia o in famiglia, allora questo posto può offrirvi tutto quello che serve. Pochi comfort, stufa a legna, ambiente accogliente anche se semplice. Noi ci abbiamo trascorso un weekend lungo in 4, con una bambina di un anno ed un'altra di 5 e vi assicuro che è stata una esperienza positiva per ognuno di noi. Noi ci torneremmo, magari in estate per vivere lo stesso paesaggio fiorito e ancora più colorato! Consigliato!!!!

Al nostro arrivo entrati nella si fa per dire toilette abbiamo trovato feci nel water e urina sulla tazza, in cucina fondi di caffè nel lavandino. L'abitazione (molto sporca) è riscaldata unicamente da una stufa a legna e se si vuole avere il bagno caldo bisogna ricordarsi di tenere la porta aperta ma non abbiamo visto nè un estintore ( e relative indicazioni) nè una presa d'aria. Al piano superiore nella zona notte non c'è un armadio dove riporre gli indumenti, ovvero ci sono ante scorrevoli a scomparsa che però sono già piene di oggetti del proprietario. Abbiamo appoggiato le valigie su un letto la cui rete si è aperta a metà; in cucina un mobiletto coperto da una tendina con le scarpe del proprietario. Gli impianti a 300 mt menzionati nell'annuncio non esistono, il centro di Folgaria è a 6 km, contro i 3,5 km indicati. Mi chiedo come sia possibile affittare una casa con queste modalità, visto che con Homeaway mi ero sempre trovata bene.

La Baita è appena fuori da Folgaria distante dalla confusione ma comoda sia alle piste che agli altri servizi. Il Signor Gilberto è disponibile è molto gentile. La casa pulita e calda, bellissima la stufa!
