TG Hotel Apartments is a hidden gem. The entry can be a little difficult to find but it's central location is outstanding. Our corner apartment even had a part view of St Stephen's Basilica only a block away. At first glance, the corridor entry seems a bit dated but is adds to the charm of the building. The apartment itself was HUGE! A large bedroom with bath, shower and toilet and a very big lounge and well-appointed kitchen and eating area with a second toilet. The staff were delightful to deal with, they let us drop off our bags hours before check-in and were most helpful with our requests. We would have happily stayed in this apartment for an extended visit.

Wonderful staff, generous servings and pours, adventurous yet attractive sectors - so different from your archetype ubiquitous 5 star hotel. In fact I would almost consider a trip to Budapestjust to stay at this hotel. Oh and did I mention it's great location?

My entire time at Hotel Moments was super blissful from the comfy bed, the excellent help from reception staff (nothing was a bother for them) and the location was perfectly close to the Basilica, dessert markets & the Operetta theatre. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Bad experience getting to Budapest by train and discovering taxi drivers were dangerous unhelpful and rip off artists. Had to walk to the hotel 40 minutes as a result but once we got there the hotel staff assured us that Budapest was a lovely city. The hotel was very good. Too many staff interruptions though which became annoying until we realized there was a no disturb light outside the door which is why we could not find a do not disturb notice to put over the door handle. The city was beautiful the people friendly and we had no further concern during our week stay. We can Highly recommend the hotel. The hotel staff organized our taxi back to the train station and we noticed the driver took us to the right side of the station where the ethical taxis were parked. Be warned avoid taxis that have "freelancer" on their doors when in Budapest.
