Unfortunately the staff were not of the same standard that people experience elsewhere in Fort Worth and Texas. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy and blasted cold air which could not be controlled. The toilet seat was loose and the room felt tired and in need of some upkeep.

It was ok. Didn’t meet the Hilton standard. It was an older building. An ok area, busy road right out front/adjacent to the highway. It was clean. The check in process went great. Josh, I believe his name was, was very helpful. I checked in late and left early. The ac worked well, the bed was comfortable and aside from a bit of hallway racket in the middle of the night, I slept very well. The faucet in the bathroom was falling apart, but still worked. (I informed them on my departure). The shower was fine, how water immediately. Towels had some stains on them, but everything was clean nonetheless. Would try somewhere else on my next trip through DFW.

If you pay a lot of money for 1 night at a hotel, I would assume you would get 24hrs at a hotel. This hotel charged us $75 for 2hrs of early check-in and then wanted to charge us an additional $15 to park. Now let me tell you that there was no way to check whether or not people that were parked there were paying guests of the hotel. They just wanted to charge their guests that extra $15/night. That on top of the $75 early check in fee. When I booked the room, I made sure that we would receive a free breakfast. The woman at the front desk said that we did not get a free breakfast. I am very disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend. They also did not have a bible in the nightstand.
