Not clean.
Started with no accessible handicap parking. They then wanted $50 a day for their valet parking. They need to spend more time on cleaning rooms. There were long hairs left in the shower. The carpet is throughout is terrible and makes you want to wear shoes no matter what. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I really enjoyed my time here. It was perfect. I loved that they had a bar right there with TV. everyone who works in ballet is amazing. Everyone who works at the front desk is amazing. I didn’t have a single problem here. I felt safe and it’s a great location.

Yosh at the front desk is awesome! The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good. The valet crew were great! We enjoyed our stay and hanging out in the lobby and bar areas. It felt very safe and is perfect for attending events at the convention center.

The room never cooled off, it was so hot and humid in the hotel, there was no soap in the shower and the pictures on line made the room look way bigger.

Hot water didn’t work at all in the shower but in the sink, they said they had no staff to check on it. Never gave us water bottles as they should provide in the room but sold 2 for $12.00 Never responded to Expedia to provide some kind of reimbursement and we ended up paying full price for a room with ice cold water! Neither Expedia or Hotel responded with any help! Very disappointed!
