Checked in after 4, they say no rooms are clean except on the 4th floor. Elevators are down and had to use stairs. Got to the room it smelled like the carpet had been wet, strong funky damp smell. Floor was dirty and even found a dirty sock on the floor left by the previous occupants. Room only had one towel for a room for 2-3 people. One positive is the breakfast was really good. Will not stay here again.

Elevator was out and our room was on the second floor. My mom is recovering from knee replacement surgery so it was a bit inconvenient. Second floor hallway and the stairwells smelled really unpleasant. A mold or mildew smell mixed with someone to cover it.

Layout of room was great. Unfortunately we were on the third floor and elevator was broken. It would have been nice to offer extra incentive for our inconvenience or lower the price by a few bucks. The location is great and breakfast is okay (standard for these hotels)

Solid value. Modern and clean. Friendly staff. Would stay again. Pillows were flat. Neighbors were noisy one night, but that's not the hotel's fault.

House keeping is loud and the floors are always dirty. The housekeeping ladies are constantly through the halls, talking loud and disturbing my quiet time. And they always have stains on the lobby floors. I just don’t understand why the floors are always dirty at this hotel. I live in hotels and I’ve never encountered disruptive housekeeping and nasty floors.
