The website gave a specific airport exit for where to get on the shuttle bus. That information was wrong. The bus passed me by and refused to stop. So I had to figure it out from airport signs, costing me delay in getting to the hotel. Once at the hotel, I was in line to check in when the clerk closed her counter, forcing me to go to the back of a different line. They should never close a counter when people are standing in line for it. The hotel restaurant is quite expensive and there are no alternatives within walking distance. Overall, the price was not bad and the free shuttle was helpful. The hotel is fine but nothing special. I know of better options at this airport and do not plan to stay here again.

have had mine, as I don’t think it was totally cleaned. The room was dark with many tiny LED light bulbs burned out, and some lamps did not work. The bed had flat feather pillows, no top sheet, and a duvet that was too small. I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the air conditioner, and no one ever answered at the front desk or housekeeping. Linens in the bathroom were inadequate. I would never recommend this hotel!!

Stayed here for an overnight layover. Shuttle to and from airport is very convenient. Great staff and customer service. Rooms are clean and very comfortable and modern. Restaurant menu is not very kid friendly but the chef modified anything we asked for. Food was delicious. We enjoyed the pool and gym areas which are open late. The pool temperature was on the colder side which was surprising but the kids didn’t mind. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is a top hotel with great amenities and top rooms. Very handy for the airport for long layovers or overnight stays. The free transfer bus is great and they have one for each terminal too. Very friendly waiting staff in the bar at night.
