The hotel is conveniently located on the main shopping strip, a block back from the beach. So be mindful, beach views are obstructed from hotels direct on the beach. However, most rooms are interconnecting rooms which we were not aware of. So the room next to us had young people who were up till 4:30 am and you can hear everything. Music playing and chatting all night. The doors are paper thin. We asked for a room change but did not get it until the third night after pleading for a change. They did apologise, but three nights were horrendous listening to the neighbours non stop. So if noise is an issue, be aware that the interconnecting rooms do not block out noise from your neighbours. The rooms themselves are clean and large enough. The ladies from rooms service were fantastic. Rooms cleaned perfectly. We also had breakfast included which wasn't quite what we expected. You receive a voucher for their cafe for a limited selection one bagel, croissant, waffle or pastry and a drink. The pool is small and does get busy. Not a huge amount of deck chairs. They have three covered kabanas with good shade which we sat in only to be told it costs $50USD to use. No thanks.
