Overall very good. Roomy, clean, simple. Wish there was at least a pocket door between bed and bathroom area, and that the light from exterior hall going through blinds over kitchen sink didn't also go straight over the bed.

Property is located in a good spot. However the room was in rough shape. Had bugs in them and had to be moved rooms in the middle of the night. Staff was helpful during that chaos.

The hotel is close to a nice new sidewalk. The property needs some TLC when you enter the building to check-in. The room for breakfast looks updated. The pool area and basketball court look nice. Our room needed some attention to details in cleaning the bathroom. There was hair in the shower drain and the toilet needed cleaning.

This place is the worst AVOID AVOID AVOID
The denied the pre-paid in full reservation because they didn't clean the rooms. Then when I called for a refund said I was a no-show to keep the money.

The property needs to be updated. The rooms need to be updated. Breakfast was basic. Overall for the price of the room and the Resident inn name this hotel felt substandard. Staff was nice and friendly.

This is a dated property that is in need of repair and remodel. Although it is situated in a pleasant location, it has not been maintained sufficiently. The rooms are large and have adequate appliances but I found a discarded piece of pizza under the sofa that suggests that the rooms are not cleaned very well. The property does not have rooms that are inside a central facility but instead the room doors open onto the parking lot. The one bright spot is that the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming

Our room was not even clean upon arrival. Carpet was filthy. kitchen counters were filthy. Bug shells on the sheets. The mirrors were cleaned but streaky so they appeared dirty as well. Very dissapointing. We had picked a penthouse suit and it was very dissappinting how disgusting our room was. The staff was friendly but thats not what im paying for. I shouldnt have to clean my room before i can relax i thought thats what house keeping was for. Very disappointed.
