Close to the train station, but not good for restaurants and bars. Room was clean but got very hot & air con didn't cool the room at all. Had to open windows at night and the room filled with mosquitoes so we still couldn't sleep. Breakfast was expensive for what was offered & the room was small & over-crowded so it was hard to get to the food. Overall, I was disappointed and found it poor value for money.

"We were only in Annecy for 1 day to visit with our exchange student & his family. The hotel is absolutely beautiful & the view of the lake was stunning from our balcony. We absolutely will come back if we are lucky enough."

Very modern, lovely decor…excellent spa and staff
"Fabulous hotel, staff was outstanding. Jacuzzi’s could have been warmer but jets were strong for a good calf massage after a long day of skiing! Spa was lovely, sauna and hammam were very hot which was great. Rooms not large but adequate. We had a group of 8 rooms, mostly couples and all were pleased. ..."
