One bedroom, condo fully furnished, sleeps SIX with a balcony overlooking beach. Master bedroom with queen size bed, and alcove with NEW custom bunk beds. NEW Sleeper sofa. Hotel quality linens furnished. Kitchenette equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans along with mini frig, cook top range, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances. Direct view and steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Free Wi-Fi, cable TV in master bedroom and living room. NEW Smart TV's; Accommodations include; water fall lagoon pool has a romantic rock water fall and lush landscaping. Paradise cove pool features a water drop mushroom and zero depth entry with bubbling jets to tickle your toes. Garden hot tubs feature heated whirl pools in secluded garden setting. Lighted tennis court, fitness center, barbecue/picnic areas with a pavilion fish cleaning station, laundry rooms and security on site. Covered parking and heated pool in the winter months. First of all I would like to say the owner Kathy was very easy to work with. The condo loved the view off the balcony. Looked out over the and then you could look across the street and see Babes beach. We will definitely be back. was nice and clean. was nice and clean

Anniversary vacation
We enjoyed our stay, it was only too short of a stay! We enjoyed the location, there was easy access to the beach, you have to cross the street but thereā€™s place for pedestrian crossings at the light which makes it great! We were able to do our own cooking when we wanted to as well as eat out at our convenience, thereā€™s multiple restaurants within walking distance with Walmart close by as well. The front balcony with a view of the beach was awesome as well.

Highs: location is so great, right across from beach, pools are soooo warm and perfect for our November trip, included beach chairs and pool tube were fun, cute beach decor in condo, parking easy, the kids said the bunk beds were comfortable. Not as highs: the queen bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the linens and pillows seemed like cast offs on their way to a thrift store. You really donā€™t realize how small 400ish sqft is until youā€™re in it for a few days. Really needs a paint job and clean baseboards. Dishwasher didnā€™t seem to work. Tub/shower rusty and food was left in the freezer from previous tennant. It was a fine place to stay but I think I would pay a bit more next time for a newer place.

Perfect start to vacation
My wife and I picked this location as a pre-vacation to our cruise vacation we had book sailing out of Galveston, which was the perfect pick. Location is perfect directly across the street from the beach, Walmart was also just across the street, and several food options within walking distance. The property is nice, clean, and the owner very attentive to our needs and questions.

Condo was just as advertised! There were even beach supplies for our son to use. Walmart is right next store which is very convenient. The grounds & pools were kept immaculate by the staff, who were all very gracious and friendly. Kathy was kind and responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend!
