Great hotel.
We loved our stay in this very well located hotel. The hill view room was very comfortable and very clean. The free off site parking was great. The breakfast selection was plentiful however there were flies in the restaurant and lots of uncovered food. If everything was covered this hotel would be 100%

Bad: We booked a ‘Superior’ room however it was more like a dormitory with 4 beds, little space for anything else, no balcony/view and the room entrance was right next to a staff toilet! When we asked to be downgraded to a regular room, manager asked for us to pay the difference as the room price for the day was higher than the ‘superior’ room booked well in advance! Good: restaurant staff were friendly, buffet was good.

Freundliches Personal, Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Man kann da auch essen, es wird alles angeboten. tolle Terrasse. Zimmer modern und geschmacklich gut eingerichtet, teilweise auch mit Seeblick. Negativ leider hört man den Straßenlärm!

Als wir um 16:00 Uhr an unserem Check-in Tag beim Hotel ankamen, standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen. Nach einigen Telefonaten, kam nach ca. 15 Minuten jemand, um uns ins Hotel zu lassen. Er war nicht besonders freundlich, gab uns die Zimmerschlüssel und ging anschliessend wieder. Als wir unser Zimmer betraten, bemerkten wir, dass dieses seit den letzten Gästen nicht gereinigt wurde. Alle Handtücher waren auf dem Boden und das Bett war nicht gemacht. Erneut mussten wir dem Hotelverantwortlichen anrufen, um ein sauberes Zimmer zu erhalten. Das neue Zimmer war zum Glück sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht, weshalb wir in der Nacht sehr kalt hatten. Auch die Rollladen funktionierten leider nicht alle. Hinzu kam, dass es nebenan eine Baustelle gab, die ab 8:00 Uhr mit lauten Bauarbeiten begann. Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage des Hotels ebenfalls. Zu Fuss ist man direkt im Dorf und es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Zudem ist der See direkt vor dem Hotel und es gibt viele Parkplätze neben dem Hotel.

Très bonne adresse de Garda, aussi bien pour se garer, se promener et y dîner. Mais surtout prenez une chambre avec balcon ou même terrasse côté Lac, car les chambres ne sont pas grandes, et l’arrière donne sur une route assez passagère. Sinon il manque peut-être un peu de rangement pour ceux comme nous qui transportont beaucoup d’affaires

Posizione comoda e bella vista fronte lago. A due passi dalla ciclopedonale lungo il lago e dagli altri sentieri di trekking. Colazione non eccellente, cose per lo più confezionate e poco e niente di fatto in casa. Nel complesso comunque un buon soggiorno.
